I frequently come for the open mats, people are amazing, I love grappling, keeps my mind off of certain things, I get to enjoy every saturday start with some fun and get to watch UFC later!
I came in for a free class and got a tour of the location. I did get a bit lost considering it was my first time to the location and thr building is massive. The instructor was nice and very nice to work with. I haven't spent a ton of time in the facility to get a good grasp of how its ran the people there. But when I come back in September and do a few classes I can give a more confident review
It was my 1st time taking a class for boxing and jiu-jitsu, I was so nervous not knowing what to expect. My experience was so phenomenal that I signed up for future one on one classes. I’m excited for my next class, I felt really good and relieved when leaving out. Steve is a great trainer, I appreciate him and his skills. In the future, I look forward to also working with other trainers for one on one classes. In April, my husband called several MMA gyms to obtain Info to sign our 12yo son up for classes. WNY MMA was the ONLY gym to return our call and is also the furthest one from our home in the southtowns. We brought our son in for a free trial class and ended up signing him up immediately. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE is friendly, kind and welcoming, from the staff, trainers & coaches to fellow gym members. We just signed our son up for his 2nd 6 months and could not be happier to make the trip from the southtowns (pretty much 5-6 days a week). His confidence has grown tremendously. 10/10 would recommend WNY MMA! We are grateful!
Been coming here for a few months now and I’m In love with it. Friendly coaches and staff full of knowledge that will patiently answer to all your questions and make you feel welcome and break that “beginner insecurities” of being in a new place. large variety of classes! a Free women self defense lessons every Sundays! Place is big with a lot of space, and they even have a well equipped open gym to workout aside of classes. Can’t recommend it enough
