Everyone is very nice and helpful. I am glad they now tell you to arrive 30 minutes earlier so you actually have time to relax and enjoy the quiet room. I use to feel rushed when it was only 15 minutes early.
I was looking for some self care before the holidays and Woodhouse did not disappoint. The space was lovely, parking was easy and the staff was incredibly kind. Sherry took excellent care of me. My skin has never looked so good!
Terrific spa experience today! I went with my daughter for her birthday. She selected the facial and I did the massage with stones. Our services were great. The facility was clean and upscale. My only regret is that we did not arrive earlier, , like 30 minutes, to relax and enjoy the quiet room. It was busy and a bit crowded on a Friday morning ar 10:00 am.
I booked the Woodhouse Signature: Calming Retreat treatment, and it was absolutely incredible. This two-hour experience included seven specialized treatments — from a full-body exfoliation and therapeutic stone massage to a focused neck and shoulder release, scalp acupressure, and a rejuvenating foot scrub with reflexology. Every step flowed seamlessly into the next, leaving me completely relaxed and refreshed. It was the perfect way to kick off my wedding week — two hours of pure, elevated spa bliss. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, and the staff made the experience feel genuinely special from start to finish. It’s definitely premium-priced, but absolutely worth every penny for the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I received a massage with warm stone therapy. Amy was great and attentive to what I needed. ALL of the staff treated me with top tier service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
