Luz was my massuce. I was explaining to her that I had a bad fall a month ago and all though nothing was broken I've been extremely sore. I asked for a swedish massage with light pressure just to get my blood moving around. She listened to what I needed and gave me the most amazing massage I've ever had. When I left my body felt so much better. I will be rebooking with her again very shortly. The staff at the front desk was also very kind and the Spa itself was very clean and relaxing. It was a wonderful experience.
I had such a lovely experience at Woodhouse Walnut Creek. It started with a lovely sauna session, and then I tried the nourishing wrap with Bianca. It was perfect for dry winter skin And then I had a wonderful facial with Hannah and just left the spa feeling rejuvenated. I went on a Wednesday and it was sooo nice to have a mid-day spa day. Highly recommend!!
I booked the meditative mood soak which include exfoliating, a 20 min soak in a bathtub, and a massage. I love the space it is really beautiful, and the employees are friendly. My only complaint is that the time listed for the meditative mood soak is 1 hour 45 min, but my actual service lasted 80 min. The service was 20% off ( weekday special) so overall a worth while treat.
The decor, robes, and snack and drink offerings are lovely. I do recommend being careful when opening the door to the ladies’ room as my friend and I had lockers on the right end. At one point the host was opening the door for a moment and views into the waiting area were available - I was glad I wasn’t undressing at that moment. My signature hydra facial classic introduced me to new techniques and my skin looks and feels good. My Swedish body balance massage was fine. My massage therapist said he’d start at a 3/4 level pressure, though I didn’t know what that was out of. I figured I’d see and adjust accordingly. However, at no point in the massage was I asked how the pressure felt. I would have liked a bit more. I wonder how long my therapist has been working and what level of confidence he has.

No matter which facial I choose, I always leave feeling renewed from the inside out. Now, with the addition of their brand new infrared sauna, Woodhouse has truly perfected the art of escape. It’s the cherry on top—a way to melt away stress, detox, and extend the calm, blissful retreat that begins the second you walk in. (I’m secretly hoping they’ll add an ice plunge too) Inside Woodhouse Spa feels like stepping into another world: serene, restorative, and completely devoted to your well-being. For us, this is more than a spa. It’s our personal getaway, a retreat we can return to again and again to reset, restore, and be reminded what true care feels like.❤️✨💫🙏🏼🙌
