We found out about World Class Taekwondo through an introductory program they run in collaboration with our daughter's school locally. It became clear immediately that this was something we were going to love. We love the instructors and the lessons our daughter learns in her sessions. Their schedule allows you to work around other activities with plenty of classes to attend weekly. If you're looking for a great activity with great people where your child learns valuable life lessons and progress their skills I highly recommend World Class Taekwondo!
I cannot say enough positive things about this Taekwondo school. My son started at age 4, and had been struggling with some behavior issues, was a bit reserved and had trouble with following directions. After just a few short weeks in the little tigers class with Miss Gorman, we saw massive progress and change in his behaviors. Miss Gorman (and the whole team) is fantastic. She knows how to work with little kids so well, they all love and respect her. She takes time to know each kids, validates everything they are doing well and puts in individual time with kids too to help them progress when needed. I’m so grateful for this place. I highly highly recommend getting kids started, it’s a great foundation for basic life skills for kids and really helps build their confidence.
We can’t say enough great things about World Class Taekwondo. Our son started almost two years ago and has loved every moment—so much so that his little sister couldn’t wait to join as well. One of the things we appreciate most is how intentional the staff is about getting to know each child as an individual. Even in larger classes, they manage to recognize and support each student’s unique needs. It’s clear that the instructors genuinely enjoy teaching and working with the kids. Beyond self-defense and self-control—which have had a very positive impact on our children—World Class Taekwondo emphasizes building confidence through kindness, understanding, and adaptability. The way they lead and encourage each child, especially with the size of some classes, is truly impressive. Overall, it’s been a 5/5 experience, and we would highly recommend World Class Taekwondo to anyone considering making this investment for their child. My daughter took the 3 year journey to become a black belt. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. They are wonderful and great with kids. The head instructor has a great sense of humor, loves what he does, and all the kids love him. If your are interested in Taekwondo this is a great place especially for kids, but many adults do chose to learn here too and seem to love it. The only negative I have is pricing. They charge for everything, which seems to be par for the industry. And it adds up, blows away what I pay for my daughter's travel soccer. What was disappointment was they used to have a price difference based on how many classes you attended a week. This was of interest to my daughter after she got her black belt as she wanted to continue learning, but do other activities and not spend 3 or 4 days a week on TKD. That was the only choice was to pay for classes we knew she would not be able to take and thus she made the difficult decision to discontinue TKD to pursue other interests...
World Class Taekwondo was the best decision we could have made for our boy Josiah. The teachers here are incredibly patient, attentive, and understanding with all the children that they have. Our families experience has been nothing but positive from day one. I definitely recommend coming here if your child is interested in learning.
