I cannot speak highly enough of the service at Wylde, particularly the Clifton branch. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The in-house goldsmith is truly outstanding - his work is not only impressively fast but absolutely flawless, and he deserves the highest recognition for his craftsmanship. Having two rings resized and professionally cleaned was completely seamless and more than worth the same-day fee. The attention to detail and care taken was evident throughout. Rachel was incredibly welcoming and considerate, making the entire process effortless, while Bramo’s exceptional knowledge and professionalism inspired complete confidence. I have already recommended Wylde to friends and family, all of whom will now be using their services for future precious repairs. An outstanding team providing a truly fantastic service.
We visited Wylde Jewellers as both my partner and I were looking to have some necklaces modified, and we were helped by Belovia. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable from the moment we walked in. We’d already been to two other jewellers beforehand, and honestly Belovia really shone above the rest, she took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel completely confident in what we were doing. The price point was also the best compared to elsewhere, which was a lovely bonus. We were really impressed with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend this jeweller.
We highly recommend Clifton’s branch of Wylde jewellers. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive and helpful. We had some adjustments done on an engagement ring and they understood what we wanted and did an excellent job which was reasonably priced. Thank you so much for getting it back to us before Christmas. Overall we would definitely recommend them and felt it was 5* service, thank you!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing service! Belovia absolutely saved us. We walked in with no appointment and only a week before our wedding, completely stressed after leaving our ring shopping far too late. She was calm, reassuring, and instantly understood what we were looking for. She found us the perfect rings, arranged the fittings, and made sure they were ready in time for the big day !! such a relief! We can’t recommend this jeweller or Belovia highly enough. I’ll definitely be sending my new husband back in for Christmas present ideas! Thanks again :)
Walked in without an appointment to have my engagement ring resized and upon inspection they noticed that I had a chip on tip of my claw which I hadn’t realised! Belovia and Sean still managed to have the works done for the original collection date 1 week later, just in time for our engagement party. Amazing and knowledgeable team with excellent communications. Belovia helped us so much with deciding our wedding rings as we originally wasn’t sure what we wanted. Would highly recommend, thank you so much!
