I was given Rupinder's contact details from my colleague, and it was an amazing experience dealing with him. Right from the moment we stepped into the store, Rupinder greeted us pleansantly, provided various options, was not pushy and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We got a reclining sofa, a double bed/mattress and a queen bed/mattress and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Really appreciated that the delivery and installation was all included upfront in the quoted price, which meant that we did not have to worry about a thing. The delivery was conducted as per the scheduled time and the crew was highly efficient - they were in and out within 2 hours after getting everything assembled and set up. I would recommend XLNC furniture to anyone looking for quality and premiuim furniture in Calgary at a very reasonable price and wishing for a hassle free and painless experience.

My recent visit to XLNC Furniture left me with very mixed feelings. On one hand, the furniture itself was impressive; the items appeared well-made and highly functional. The quality was good and definitely caught my eye. However, the customer experience was severely lacking and disappointing. The sales staff seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to take care of me or offer assistance. There was zero follow-up or engagement from any team member. Due to this inattentiveness, I left the store after only five minutes. It's a shame to see great products undercut by such poor customer service.
I bought an Ashley furniture couch off of them recently and found them to be much cheaper than that actual store ($400 less). I spoke with Rupi and he let me know why their prices were lower and was very nice with letting me look at the furniture with no pressure. I decided to come back a few days later to purchase, again with Rupi, and it was quick and easy. 2 days later their truck arrived with the couch, they brought it up to my apartment, set it up for me and removed the garbage. It was great service, a great price, and I would highly recommend them. I'm very happy with the purchase!
We went to XLNC furniture few days back as we were looking to change our living to give it more traditional look. They have an amazing selection of great quality furniture. Sumedh and Rupiner did an amazing job of suggesting the right sofa set which is what we were exactly looking for. The guys that delivered the furniture were great. They were very careful while bringing the furniture in. After everything was setup, we could not have been more happier. It looks amazing and is of great quality with unbelievable price. I would highly recommend to visit XLNC furniture before you decide to buy on big stores. Thank you XLNC
