I’ve been going to XO Nail Lounge since they first opened 4 years ago, and they are truly the best. I love a detailed, clean set, and the artists here never disappoint. I literally drive from my college just to get my nails done here—that’s how worth it they are. Yesterday I was lucky to have Mera as my main tech, with Mery helping bring the design to life 😘. They were both so sweet and even stayed a bit past closing to make sure my nails were perfect. I’m beyond happy with how they turned out. Including photos because they speak for themselves!
First experience with gel x application and I’m not impressed with the way I was treated or how my nails turned out. The nail tech seemed to be rushing. I had to ask her to clean up underneath my nails. In doing so she filed the white part of my French manicure off. She was rude and dismissive. The pedicure technician I had was very polite and he took his time. If you are looking to relax during the pedicure however, don’t bother because the employees who are not with clients sit next to you on the pedicure chairs and blast their phones. $160 for toes, nails, tip and the experience overall was not worth it. While one technician seemed to have it together, the majority of the staff was unprofessional. These photos are after she cleaned me up.
I had a wonderful experience. I was helped as soon as I walked into the establishment. When getting My fullset, my stylist gave me options, instead of assuming, he'll ask you, multiple of times (to me that's a good thing) if you like the sculpture, the length and color. After the pedicure, I wish there's more callus removed. Overall, the Customer service was just immaculate. I will be supporting more at this establishment.
had to change my review. it’s been less than a week and my nails are already chipping. the fact that i spent $81 on my nails is already outrageous but to have them chip and i haven’t done anything out of the ordinary i would save your money and go to a salon that doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for subpar service. i felt very rushed by my tech because she had another appointment and i feel like i was not given the best service as i had to speak up and i felt as tho she was frustrated. it is very expensive and im still unsure what i spent about $20 more here than at another salon where ive had the same exact design and service done before
Had an incredible experience yesterday and got the nails of my dreams! Highly recommended to anyone wanting a full self care day. I called ahead of time for a Saturday 1pm appointment with Austin, as he is a highly skilled and talented artist who did my nails once before. His attention to detail and execution of technique are unmatched. I brought a photo and he made it better! I also got a basic pedicure as I haven’t had one in years. Best decision ever, the massage chairs are great, the level of care and patience when I’m pretty ticklish were also appreciated. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed with the most fantastic nails for the beach. Get gel x and it will last an entire month I promise. Beautiful, clean, and sanitary nail lounge. Full ability to execute any trending designs like chrome powder, builder gel, cat eye, and 3D designs.
