Absolutely phenomenal service at Xylia Natural Spa in Vancouver. From start to finish, everything was professional, attentive, and thoughtfully done. My wife had the 105-minute facial with Linda, and I had the full body hot stone massage with Min Woo — both were outstanding practitioners and made the experience truly memorable. The spa itself is incredibly clean, relaxing, and comfortable, which really adds to the overall experience. Ending the visit with tea was a lovely touch. Patricia at the front desk was friendly and personable. We would definitely recommend Xylia Natural Spa and will absolutely be coming back for more.
So disappointed! I’ve had hundreds of professional massages over the years from RMTs and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was almost no actual massage movement just prolonged, static elbow pressure held on certain spots of my back for uncomfortably long periods. When I politely asked if she could switch to using her hands for some variety and proper technique, she replied that hands wouldn’t allow for “hard pressure” or going “deeper,” and I so I said “its fine” but nothing changed… she seemed so lazy to continue… Holding elbows motionless on a few spots is not massage therapy; There was no flow, no kneading, no stroking, no proper soft-tissue work just stationary pressure that bordered on painful without any therapeutic benefit. I left feeling more tense and sore than when I arrived! Not worth it wasting money paying o $245 what a terrible experience!
Had an amazing pedicure, very relaxing-I could’ve fallen asleep! The massage portion with the rocks was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience while we were staying at the hotel!
One of the BEST spa experiences I've ever had. Beautiful place with the coolest 360 showers and private hot tub. Staff were all incredible.
The spa experience here was rejuvenating, relaxing, incredible! We were very well taken care of with natural oils and amazing massages. Thank you very very much to Linda for her above and beyond care and service! We will definitely be back here.
