Yama Sushi is a wonderful hidden jewel of delicousness. The atmosphere staff are delightfully pleasant, the food is simply awesome, well prepared, skillfully presented, and plentiful in quality and quantity. I have tried many sushi restaurants and Yama Shushi has become my most favored place to eat, relax, and enjoy a uniquely eastern vibe. My sincerest thanks to the owner and staff for providing a consistently wonderful experience each time I visit!
We ordered the fried gyoza, the #9 combo (2 fried rolls), super duper roll, and shrimp tempura roll. Plus they gave us 4 pieces of the iron man roll. Everything was really delicious and the art/wall hangings are beautiful as well.
Great sushi and customer service. I was greeted upon entry and quickly sat down to order and eat dinner. The sushi quality was nothing short of amazing. I will definitely be back when I’m in the Chesapeake area! Well done!
Great food, presentation was amazing. Service is awesome, clean and inviting. Sushi, sashimi and earthquake roll were to delicious and elegant presentation.
This place is amazing and highly recommended! The service and the food are phenomenal and one of the best sushi spots in Chesapeake. Wife ordered the (#6) Lover Roll and 3 Tuna & 3 Salmon Sashimi, and I ordered (#2) Xmas Tree and Earthquake Rolls, and both are mouthwatering 😋.
