Got held hostage for ice cream. My children and I sat through a uncomfortable situation. The associate is convincing me yogurtland never recived payment by me cause the associate who actually attended me ran to the back talking about I didnt pay because they did NOT recieve a receipt on their end. Although I used TAP my charge showed pendeing, I even showed her. I know bookeeping. She had me charged again but a discounted price to make me feel better. She argued I still hadnt paid. Then my children and I waited for 35 mins for the manager to state her computer from HER home shows I didnt pay? Im sitting here with two statements from this yogurtland. Dumbfounded, this place is a rip off and the associates cant admit they were wrong for it. Never got my refund. They gave me their word. 36 bucks for like 18 oz of ice cream...get it together girls.
Quick stop for a little desert after dinner. Not busy, fair choices, clean environment, reasonable pricing. Don't know if we would return again. Indifferent to the experience.
Yogurt land is really my all time favorite to hang out and get desert as compare to other alternative such as ice cream at basket and robbins. While their yogurt is not as solid as pinkberry, they made it up by offering the variety and sizes. Since they have the self serves model, their service is pretty much limited to thr staff at the counter. At such, they are always friendly and efficient. In term of decor, it is always modern anf music are upbeat. Good to bring children along too.
I like this yogurtland location, some flavors taste pretty good. It reminds me of pink berries. I like their mango and chocolate flavor. Mango is the best, a bit tart, balance with a bit of sweet. Chocolate is creamy, soft, smooth and not too sweet.
Très bon. Excellent choix de saveurs, ma préférée est Madagascar vanilla. Bon espace intérieur climatisé avec des places assises, et également quelques places en plein air. Toilettes disponibles sur demande.
