I absolutely love this place and so does my daughter (5 years old). Sensi Ian is soo great with her and I love seeing her confidence grow. She is only getting better and better and loves to show off her new moves. Practicing with her is now one of our favorite bonding moments. I would highly recommend.
Started my son here two months ago, kiddo is 9 and on the spectrum. Sensei Spencer and Sensei Ian are wonderful, watching them work with all the kiddos on their individual levels is encouraging. My son is already evolving out of his shell, his confidence grows with each class. Today he took a mighty hit during sparring and kept on trucking. A+
I won free classes and immediately became hooked! I love the adult group classes and the weekly private lessons that are included. I look forward to showing up to the dojo and participating. The sensei's are extremely helpful and positive and their attitude is infectious. If you're looking for an awesome karate studio this is your best bet!
Fun, empowering and great exercise! My son really wanted to do karate and the free trial was a great way to try it out risk free. Turns out I really like karate too! Sensei Spencer is energetic, positively minded and encouraging. He is a great teacher that makes you want to come back for more. Try it! I think you'll love it too!
Excellent school! I've tried over half a dozen others over the past decade, and came back to this one. I consider it the best I've ever found. The teachers are amazing and the school is great. Update: I've been with them a total of 7-1/2 years now and am enjoying them! Good aerobic exercise with every class, 3 times a week, and one lesson per week. It totals 14 hours a month. I have no financial interest in the school, and those negative reviews that someone else posted are anonymous and could just be bashing by competition. I would suggest ignoring them, and that they be taken down.
