Maryam was a great help like always. My wife dropped the backing of one of her earrings while in the store. Neither one of us could find it on the carpet. Maryam with sharp jeweler eyes found it and saved the day 👍. An extra 10 points for her.
Maryam and Jessica helped us find the perfect gift for my mom and aunt. They were very kind and thoughtful when helping us making a selection. Not to mention they wrapped the gifts up beautifully with a bow! Will definitely be returning to purchase with them in the future.
My daughter and I, both Black women, walked into this Zales location to buy jewelry for her birthday. We were two of only three customers in the entire store. One of the two employees behind the counter, the one standing in the photo, clearly saw us but never greeted us or said she’d be right with us. She had plenty of time to assist us, as we browsed the store a bit, but didn’t. When we realized no service was coming, we decided to leave. As we walked out, the only thing she offered was a quick “have a nice day,” with no genuine effort to assist us. Looking back, she went right back to talking with her coworker and the other customer, whom she wasn’t assisting, only having a person conversation with. She didn’t seem bothered about losing a customer, at least not us. This experience was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to this location.
We went here for our semiannual Ring Clean and check. We really LOVED the service from Maryam - She was such a joy to talk to and work with. Thank you for making us feel right at home! Enjoyed our time here!
