This sales gets zero Stars you walk in you're not greeted you get attitude.... Ask questions about my ring and all I get is attitude ......I'm going to pay it off and I'm going to stay with helzberg and I've never coming back you guys are the worst jewelry store I've ever dealt with and I will never come back. Nothing you can say can change my mind you were the worst and I'm telling everyone so no one can come to your jewelry store. They overpriced and I will never come back. Good riddance

Great experience with Kaila when O came in for a chain due to mine breaking. She was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions gave me great info on my piece of jewelry and even helped me get my inspections done with all of my jewelry plus set me up with a reminder for my next inspections. Definitely recommend working with Kaila.
