While I could go in depth, I´ll be concise: I was told I was getting a return, ended up owing thousands instead, been calling for six months for an explanation, no response. It´s unacceptable and unprofessional. Leads me to believe that some of these reviews are phony. My business was no longer important to them after they got paid.

Absolute professionals in their craft. Tired of constant scam artist in the tax industry, Zenger and Young were a true Godsend. Efficient, old school, straight to the point, and very affordable filing fees (veterans discounts available as well), there is no other tax service in Louisville I’d recommend over these guys.

I found Zenger & Young Tax Service after reading their positive reviews a few years back. I had a ton of questions and tax issues that Richard Zenger and his team seamlessly resolved during a stressful time.
