I had a great experience with Zero Gravity Massage. This was my first session, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, but the massage itself was excellent and very relaxing. The room where the massage took place was comfortable and well done. The building it’s located in felt a bit questionable at first, but once inside, the experience was well worth it. I also had a very positive experience with communication. I needed to reschedule my initial appointment and had no issues at all, and getting connected the day of my appointment was easy. There is no staff on site, so all communication is through text and phone, which initially made me a little nervous, but it actually worked very smoothly. Now that I know what to expect, I’m definitely looking forward to going back.
This was my second visit to Zero Gravity. Everything was perfect! I brought my husband this time he loved it as well. This is now part of my self care routine. If you're like me and don't particularly care for traditional massages, this is absolutely the way to go. The facility is extremely clean, private, and secure. Their customer service is top notch. 10 out of 10 I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!
My husband and I went to Zero Gravity Massage for the first time today, and it was such a great experience! Parking was easy — it’s in the building next to the suite, just make sure to remember where you park! It was $3 for the first hour and $1 for each additional hour. After scheduling online, we got a text with the door code and suite number. When we arrived at the suite door, we called the number and they let us in. The staff gave a few quick instructions, sent a short video to guide you through setup and then we were on our way. The massage itself was very relaxing — calming music, low lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere. We both left feeling refreshed and definitely plan to go back again!
Had a relaxing time. This was my first time experiencing a massage that didn’t involve a person. From the moment we arrived the young lady we spoke with on the phone was thorough and helpful. She offered to walk us through step-by-step or to provide a video tutorial. I highly recommend, if this is your first time, to go with the personal walk through to avoid any confusion as I could see how people may fumble around if you’ve never done something like this before. The chairs were excellent. You can change the intensity of you need more pressure on your back, turn heat on or off, and more. I recommend you try this out for a date night experience as me and my wife did. It did not disappoint.

From the moment I arrived, the space was clean, quiet, and welcoming. The staff explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel effortless. Now, let’s talk about the chair. WOW. The zero gravity position alone felt like I was floating, and once the massage kicked in — it was next level. I’ve had plenty of massages before, but this was a full-body reset. The pressure was perfect, it hit all the right spots (even places I didn’t realize were tense), and the built-in heat therapy sealed the deal. Whether you're dealing with back pain, stress, or just need a serious recharge, this is the spot. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and honestly a little addicted. I’ll be back regularly — and telling everyone I know. Highly recommend. Don’t sleep on this place.
