This was my first time using Zerorez. The price was right, and I gave them a try. I think I got what I paid for. It’s a high traffic area and it is cleaner and brighter. It doesn’t look brand new. It was a short (30-45 min cleaning). Stains I pointed out in advance were cleaned up. Other lighter stains remained. I moved here from Chicago and my carpet cleaners there did a second vacuum, put wax paper under my dresser legs, took a couple hours, and my carpets always looked brand new - even in the highest traffic areas. Price per sq ft was comparable to what I paid Zerorez. Things I was surprised by (these might be regional differences): - upsell offers on odor control that cost almost as much as the general cleaning because “lifting the stain might release odors” - prompted to tip at the end of the service. I did tip; I think the tech worked for it - having to sign off that I declined odor control (FYI- there were no noticeable odors after the cleaning) Note: I’m giving 4 stars based on my experience with other carpet cleaners. I would prefer to give 3.5 stars but that’s not an option. My technician was friendly, communicated well, and did bring me upstairs to see the final result. Unfortunately while the carpet is damp, the carpet is darker and it was hard to see some stains remained. I could not see this until the carpets were fully dry. The first two pictures are before and the second set is after. For a $99 deal, it’s fine. Surface dirt and the most noticeable stains were removed. However next time I’d like a deeper clean and might try another company.

I had used Zerorez at my previous home and I was excited to use them again in my new home. They were able to come same day and did not rush to clean my home Erich is over 3000sq ft and did a great job. They were also amazing at removing stains that the previous owner left.
Our technician Shane did a great job! He was punctual, very professional and quick. Cleaning for 2 rooms and stairs took about 45 minutes. Great experience with Zerorez, definitely recommend!
