They applied a protective spray lining to the bed of my truck. Looks great. Plus they applies protective clear film to the front of my truck, A-pillars, and front portion of the roof. They applied 3 coats of their ceramic coating to the entire truck. I feel better protected from rock chips, and the paint is protected. I will be having them undercoat the truck once I have a few more pay checks under my belt. On top of the great customer service from Dave, they threw in a nice care kit after the work was completed. That' really taking care of your customers. Dave and the crew have been very amazing to work with. They sell all sorts of vehicle accessories too. From air ride/bag suspension ,floor mats, wind screens, truck bed tonneau covers. Plus they do custom vehicle vinyl wraps, and much more. It's fall here. So it has been raining for the most part, since the work was done. Ill include some photos when I have moment
The only place in Spokane that I will take my cars for window tint, detailing, and accessories. I have been going there for about 13 years and these guys are awesome. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. The owner and crew are all great.
I was referred to Ziebart for detailing after a dog got sick in the car. From the time I called until I picked up the finished product, the kindness shown to me was top notch. They were upfront with cost, did an outstanding job on car and made me feel like family. I will tell everyone about their superior service and kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
Let’s start with the positives — the customer service was excellent. I found this company through a Google search and emailed for more information. They responded promptly and were able to get me scheduled quickly, all via email. In-person interactions were just as pleasant. My vehicle was quite messy (I have four kids, so you can imagine the amount of crumbs!) and also had some mold, which they were able to treat and remove from what I can tell. They even gave the outside of my car a quick wash, which I hadn’t requested but really appreciated. For those curious about pricing, it truly depends on what you’re wanting done and the size of your vehicle. For mine — which included leather conditioner treatment, a full interior detail, and mold cleaning — the total came to $571. If I’m being a little nitpicky, I would have liked the leather conditioner rubbed in a bit more thoroughly, as there were some streaks, and they did miss a couple of small spots during cleaning. That said, before I left, they made it clear that if I had any issues, I could bring it back and they’d take care of it. The small things they missed are minor enough that I can easily handle them myself. Overall, I would recommend this business — the positives definitely outweigh the minor misses.
Ziebart Spokane is amazing! The whole team is super incredible. I truly can't recommend them highly enough. I went with the Gold package for PPF and the ceramic coating and could not be happier. Brian, Dave and Rowan are wonderful. They seriously care about their customers and their cars!
