I didn’t actually get a repair done, only because the guy I talked to told me it probably wasn’t worth it after checking a couple different pricing options. Then proceeded to spend some time talking to me about new laptop models and even looking up pricing for me. Felt like he genuinely enjoyed teaching on the subject, I didn’t ever feel rushed even though he made $0 on the interaction. Will definitely be coming back for any other repairs in the future.

I can see why these guys are rated so highly - saved me a lot of time and money. I came in Monday for a drop-off appointment and ended up walking out with great advice at no cost. I have a Surface Book laptop that melted the charger last time I tried to use it and I had been worried to plug it in after purchasing a new one. I was also having issues booting up the computer in a timely manner. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but they described him as the most “risk-adverse” tech, which made me feel comfortable as I’m the same way. He plugged in my laptop while we chatted in the lobby about possible issues, solutions, and associated costs. It was comforting to hear that they do their best to save people money and keep devices out of landfills. I walked out of there with a plan to get my important files backed-up and a list of recommended (and non-recommended) laptops to purchase. Turns out, I had already backed up all my files….twice. Thanks again for the help! Highly recommend these guys.

Super nice people. Great communicators. My screen has been fixed for my G15 Asus Zeph. Prior it the screen would only work with an HDMI to another screen. Fast scheduling time
