I just had my wedding at The Gala 417 and Devail did an AMAZING job curating the whole night. Music was extremely important to our day and Devail did not disappoint. He was able to mix in oldies, pop, rap and even EDM into our night. My husband and I truly did not leave the dance floor once it opened. Thank you so much Devail for making mine and my husband’s music dreams come true!!!
We just had our wedding this past weekend at The Gala 417 Events and 196 Events was AMAZING! They made it so easy to prep in advance; we were able to provide our song selections, logistics, and preferences using an online app. The day itself was perfect! We booked 196 Events as a DJ and had their photobooth. They were so professional and fun, and the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and speeches went beautifully. Devail even easily adjusted when we threw a couple of audibles at him. AND THEN THE DANCE FLOOR!!!!! People were having a blast and I don't think my husband and I stopped dancing. Song order, transitions, and choices were seamless and kept everyone going. The photobooth was also a huge hit with people and made a great favor. I cannot recommend them enough for your wedding or other event!
196 Events was awesome to work with, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for DJ services! They were extremely communicative and responded to every random question we had very promptly. I don’t think there were any issues all night with the microphones or music–everyone was audible and the music was great! I was very particular about what songs I wanted to have playing everywhere other than the dancing part of the reception, and they were able to play the songs I wanted and then find fun songs to encourage dancing during the reception! The website/app they use to help plan out the wedding timeline and associated music/mic needs was super easy to use and made it easy to keep everything straight. Devail and Nikki were both very, very kind people, and very fun and easy to work with! We also used their photo booth services, which was super fun for both us and our guests. We got all of the pictures sent to us digitally also, which have been a blast to look back through. And on top of ALL of that – they also worked with my now-husband to help him sing and play a surprise song for me on a keyboard! Nikki and Devail, thank you both so much for helping to make our wedding such a fun and memorable experience!!
We hired Devail and his beautiful wife for our wedding on 10/6/24! When I tell you they were the absolute best to work with I mean it. From planning meetings until the actual day they were on top of it! They had everyone of all ages dancing all night (I don’t think my husband and I left the dance floor once). The night truly was never boring! We keep joking we’ll do our wedding again just to have another dance party. They also took care of the Photo Booth and our audio book (both hits with the guests). We could not have asked for a better DJ. If you want to keep the party going, go with 196 events.
Devail and Nikki were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! They truly listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations. The dance floor was never empty, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how fantastic the music was. Our wedding was an unforgettable night of fun for everyone. Highly recommend!
