1st choice is truly top notch. Dr. Carr is amazing, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I always walk out of the office feeling so much better. Great staff and easy to get an appointment. Great for adults and kids. Highly recommend!!

I have nothing against the chiropractors in this office. Timothy Trax is a wonderful person I was seeing. What i do have a problem with. Is the office girls lying to me and the insurance fraud they are committing. I have the same first and last name of another person that goes there. The office girls cannot keep our files separated or insurances. They are charging my insurance with the different Robert. When he is not on my insurance. Some young girl said I had a visit the end of July 2025. I told her no and she told me they would reverse charges to my insurance. I am still waiting for the reverse. My insurance company is investigating for fraudulent charges with this place. The reason I do not go back to this place is because the young girls don't know how to do there jobs and need to keep patients and insurance info separated. I hope you lose your license due to insurance fraud. I will make sure not to refer friends and family to this place. The office and billing are a joke, but Chiropractors here are great.

I have been coming to 1st choice chiropractic since I was a kid and my mom came when she was pregnant with me. I saw Dr. Smith most my life and now I see her niece Dr. Carr and love how personable she is. I always recommend to everyone looking for chiropractic care to come here. It feels like family and always revive great care.

I regularly see Dr. Trax here, but have also seen Dr. Carr a couple of times. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel comfortable with them and their adjustments always make a positive difference. The rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend 1st Choice Chiropractic!

I’ve been coming to 1st choice for a few months and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them and Dr. Kailey. I’m sleeping better and having much less back pain. Dr. Kailey is so sweet and welcoming and treats you as a friend. The office is always very clean and smells nice. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. The wait is very minimal and I’m in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend them!
