Vindie Taylor with 1st Class Realty sold my house recently and did a SUPER Job. She staged it and put it on Zillow. The house had a contract on it in 24 hours at slightly higher than what I was expecting. The closing went smooth and we could not have been happier. Absolutely loved working with Missy on the listing side. She was so easy to talk to, communicated beautifully, and made the entire experience feel like a true partnership. When both agents work together to make a transaction flow smoothly, even while overcoming hurdles, it is the ideal situation for everyone. My buyers loved the home and we are all grateful for how everything came together. Every part of the process was handled with care so we could reach the closing table. I would love to work with her again.
In regards to Delia Longoria and a very poor first impression of her and this agency I'd not heard of but I certainly will not forget now. No regard for potential tenants time and schedules. I feel this was a bait and switch property visit knowing full well an application was in process Sunday yet still as of Monday said they'd follow up regarding the "group" tour on Tuesday. Never reached out beyond the message module in Zillow and pleaded ignorance and full of attitude when I finally got her on the phone end of business day. Will never do business with this agent or the Agency she represents. Extraordinarily disappointed most in the lack of care for someone else's time. I was ready to apply SATURDAY if they had even bothered to ask. In person application Sunday? I would have come in person Saturday had I known it was even an option!
