I recently brought my laptop here to have it looked at for spam and viruses that suddenly appeared. The owner was awesome showing me step by step what he was doing, why it happened and how he was removing everything. I highly recommend this computer repair shop!
Great experience. Owner was professional and explained all the issues with my gaming laptop. Only took a day to get it back. Now I can run modern games with little issue thanks to his help. I will be returning again!
Replaced the cooler on my build and it wouldn’t power up after. I knew it was just some wires landed on the mobo incorrectly, I had the day off and other errands so I said let me drop it off local and grab it same day. I let him know what I thought the issue was, confirmed that was the issue on pick up. Just shocked to see a price of $160 for this “repair”. The gaming pc diagnostic is 75, just 10 extra than a normal pc. Okay fine. $176 after taxes was wild to me. And the receipt just says “custom pc repair”. Every gaming pc is a custom build?
I came in with my first ever built PC showing me some issues. I addressed everything to Galo and he assured me everything would be fine, he took apart the PC and showed me all of the components and areas I might have installed wrong. He was able to fix everything and even set up the operating system itself, Galo is a great man and knowledgeable I would highly recommend taking your device to him!
