Have ordered online a few times and gone in store for pickup, the gals in there are always friendly. Recently had my first in person shopping experience there, and loved it! Great support on styling and fit of items, to help reassure its the right one!
I’ve been a loyal customer of 27 Boutique for the past four years and have always appreciated the friendly and helpful service. However, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. The last few times I've visited, I’ve noticed that the staff seems indifferent and has even ignored me entirely during my visits. I understand that not every day can be perfect, but this is a significant shift from the excellent service I’m used to here. It’s especially frustrating since I’ve spent a lot of money at this store.
It is always a pleasant experience at 27 Boutique. Whether you walk in, have a styling appointment (highly recommend), or are part of a shopping party. They always make you feel so beautiful and help introduce you to new styles. I leave everytime with a great haul and extra bounce in my step_ feeling beautiful! Special shout out to Rachel who is the styling Goddess. She sold me on cheetah print pants, and I love them!
27 Boutique is a gorgeous boutique with a wide variety of selections for any and all events! I highly recommend it, especially for Stampede shopping. I also loved their fall sale event and got so many cute pieces.
I had a very unfortunate shopping experience with 27 boutique. My mom and I went shopping here and collectively spent around $400. I bought a jacket with rhinestone fringes on it. I wore it once, then followed the exact instructions on how to wash it. The entire back is rusted all over, and it won’t come off. After phoning and emailing them. They took almost a month to get back to me and basicly said they won’t do anything about it. It’s really disappointing because a small biusness should value their customers and take pride in the products they sell.
