We were about to book a service call for what we thought was an electrical issue with our dishwasher. Before coming out, 2 B Wired took the time to explain a few things to check first and let us know that if nothing else had changed, it was likely the appliance itself. Turns out that’s exactly what it was. We replaced the dishwasher and everything worked perfectly. Really appreciated the honesty and not being pushed into an unnecessary service call. Best electricians in town. The communication was great between myself and 2B Wired. They assessed before they made any recommendations to ensure that they found the main root cause of the issue before doing any work.
