We had Jay from Ultra 360 Detail clean our SUVs, and he did an absolutely amazing job! They hadn’t been detailed in a couple of years, and he brought them back to looking and feeling brand new. Jay was extremely responsive and clearly pays great attention to detail. It’s obvious he’s very knowledgeable about how to clean different materials safely and effectively. On top of that, he was flexible and worked around our complicated schedule, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Jay and Ultra 360 Detail — top-notch service all around!
First time here, called Monday to schedule a time, Jay called me back within an hour. He gave me all the details I needed for charges and work to be done, and even sent an update to confirm extras and timing. The car looks great! Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and colleagues.
Jay does exceptional work. We’ve brought three cars, a boat, and a set of wheels his way and he’s knocked it out of the park every time. He is very responsive, transparent, experienced, and really wants to make sure that you know what you’re getting, and that you’re happy with his work!
Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!
I had a great experience with Jay and 360. I had never had a car detailed before so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. The owner is very detailed and helpful in answering your questions.
