Realized I forgot to leave a review - I have a Fold 3 that started having issues with a swelling battery; I went to ubreakifix down the road (the official Samsung-endorsed repair shop for the treasure valley) and they told me they couldn't find my IMEI in their system, and couldn't get authorization to do the repair. 360 wireless on the other hand, got a new battery shipped in overnight, and by the next afternoon, I was walking out with a brand new battery in a fully functioning device. Give local repair shops your money. Going on a year since that repair was done, and have had zero issues.
Great service. I had a phone screen replacement performed and I experienced issues with the new screen that they installed.
