Janelle was amazing! We had a special case of needing just my parents bathroom deep cleaned to start. When i called to inquire if they could help i spoke with the owner Sasha and felt very comfortable with our decision to try them out. She was thorough and understanding with our special need. Janelle came and made a very neglected elderly bathroom look brand new! She spent 6 hours (pay was by job and not by hour) and was determined to get everything as good as she possibly can. We were extremely impressed! We will be setting up regular service and are so happy that we found the 505 Clean Queens. Thank you!!!
We are absolutely thrilled with Clean Queens! Megan and Myra cleaned our two bathrooms and all of our kitchen appliances. I couldn't have done a better job myself. It's worth every penny. This is the first time that I have used Clean Queens and I will definitely use them again. Besides cleaning, they can help with decluttering and organization. Every single person I interacted with (Amen, Ax and Sasha) showed such great customer service—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning team went above and beyond my expectations. They didn’t just do the basics; they made sure every detail was handled with care, and it really showed in the results. It’s rare to find a company that combines outstanding service with such high-quality work, but they truly delivered both. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family.

How is it that I asked for less, but ended up paying more? It always felt like half the job for a whole lot of money. When I had to pause services due to a job loss and later tried to return, instead of being welcomed back, the first response was to hike the price—on an already pricey service that didn’t even include everything I wanted. That was the moment I knew I needed something better—something local, personal, and rooted in care. Enter 505 Clean Queens. From the very first inquiry, I could feel the difference. Sasha (the owner!) handled my questions personally, walking me through their services and helping me align them with what I actually needed—NOT upselling, but guiding. She even redirected me to their transparent checklists, which gave me so much peace of mind. No guessing, no wondering what “got missed.” I could see exactly what would be done. That level of clarity was a breath of fresh air compared to what I’d experienced before. When booking, their communication was flawless—clear, timely, and thoughtful. They confirmed everything: whether I needed landlord walk-through support, key hand-off, last-minute service adjustments, you name it. Even when I worried about how unpredictable moving days can be, Sasha reassured me with practical solutions to keep everything on track. And then there was Mel. If you’re lucky enough to get Mel, you’re in for a treat. She was AMAZING. Truly, she worked magic on that rental. I was raised with the value of leaving a place better than you found it—and thanks to Mel, the house looked better than the day we moved in. Honestly, it made me question who the landlord hired before us because it was night-and-day compared to what we received when we first moved in. 505 Clean Queens didn’t make me feel like I was just another address on a long checklist for the day. They cared for my home like it mattered. They set expectations clearly, delivered above and beyond, and gave me something that felt personal in an industry that often feels transactional. As a closing touch, Ax followed up with me when the work was concluded just to make sure I was satisfied. I am a one-time customer! Who takes the time to do that?! Just wow... If you’re tired of chains that treat you like a number, do yourself a favor and call 505 CQ. I wish I could pack them in a box and take them with me to my next state—they’re THAT good.
