Where do we even start? Meena is a wedding planning wizard, logistics mastermind, and behind the scenes powerhouse. From the moment we started planning, she took the reins and expertly juggled a million moving parts with ease and her infectious energy. Planning a wedding—let alone a 3-day destination wedding in Cartagena, Colombia—is no small feat, but Meena made it look effortless. What sets Meena apart is her hospitality background, professionalism, and leadership skills. She asked all our vendors questions we never even thought of and wasn’t afraid to push back on unnecessary costs. She ran our wedding like a boss, working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything went off without a hitch. Every single person at our wedding—family, friends, even the venue staff—fell in love with her just as much as we did. She wasn’t just our planner, she became an honorary member of the family. When we threw out ideas she turned them into something even better. When we stressed she calmed the storm. And when things went sideways (because let’s be real, everything goes sideways sometimes) she handled it with a smile, a plan B and probably a plan C just in case. Meena carried the weight of our wedding on her shoulders and made us feel like we were just floating through a dream. Our wedding was everything we wanted and more and we owe it all to her. Honestly everyone needs a Meena in their lives—preferably cloned so the world can be a better, more organized place!

Meena helped plan our wedding in Italy in May 2024 and made it a huge success!! Having never been to the venue, Meena saved us a ton of time by going there twice and negotiating with the owners, hotels and different vendors - getting us amazing deals. Her creative eye is also one of a kind- she proposed unique places for the ceremony and designed and executed incredible florals. All of our guests were in absolute awe of how beautiful everything turned out. The day ran absolutely seamlessly with Meena at the helm and she made us feel calm and taken care of! We couldn’t recommend Meena enough, especially if you are getting married abroad!
