Marlie did an amazing job on my hair. I got to know Caroline a little bit as well and both stylist are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone Wanting to get their hair colored. I walked in there with years of bad bleaching and Marlie was able to fix It and it ended up looking so good.
I have been looking for a hairstylist in Jacksonville for over 8yrs now. I've been to so many hair salons and have always left underwhelmed and/or sad due to not being able to get what I wanted. The color was either too dull or not enough and the cut was never good. I then opted to travel back and forth to Atlanta twice a year to get my hair balayage and cut. However, the logistics have become more challenging due to work and life. I stumbled upon 904 Balayage when searching on google. After reading through the thoughtful website - I was very excited mixed with a bit of apprehension due to my disappointing experiences at other salons. I made an appointment after another failed attempt at trying out a hairstylist in Jacksonville - I went there right before Christmas. This stylist didn't not frame my face as I asked and the color was way too dark - there was almost no balayage look or effect. Marlie is FANTASTIC!! Marlie was able to rescue my hair from its dead-like state. She was so patient and took the time to correct what the previous stylist did, from scrubbing the ends that were so dark and orange to meticulously picking out single strands of hair to make sure my color would blend perfectly afterwards. The color that I left is the color that I wanted - a warm, honey blonde! My balayage is so beautiful and I love my money pieces! I went in as a very unhappy person with drabby hair and left a very elated and satisfied client with beautiful, vibrant hair! This team is going to do great things and I can't wait to see the success they'll continue achieving!
Marlie is AMAZING!! 🤎 She took me to the exact tone and shade of brunette I wanted in one appointment. She took the time to hear out my concerns after coming from another stylist and walked me through exactly what she’d do differently which I appreciated. So, so, so happy with my hair-and can’t recommend enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Caroline at 904 Balayage! She is an absolute miracle worker. I came in after a major box dye disaster—my hair was brassy, uneven, and just a mess. Caroline took the time to really assess the damage and explain what was possible. Not only did she completely fix the color, but she also brought my hair back to life with the most beautiful, natural tone and shine. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and meticulous, and you can tell she truly cares about the health of your hair. I left feeling like myself again, and honestly, better than before! If you’re looking for someone who can correct color gone wrong or just give you the perfect balayage, go see Caroline. She’s amazing!
I've been going to Caroline for years, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. I've followed her through multiple locations because her talent, consistency, and care are unmatched. Every cut, color, or style she does is spot-on, and I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. Caroline takes the time to really listen to what I want, offers honest and helpful advice, and somehow always makes it work perfectly for me.
