I found out last week the car would be written off. Even though I didn't end up getting repairs done at A-Canadian, Neil and Vidya made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. They were patient, honest, knowledgeable, and transparent the entire time. Neil took the time to walk me through the damage, explain how the insurance process usually works, and made sure I understood my options. I was never left waiting around or wondering what was going on — they always kept me in the loop. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. It didn't feel like it was just about the car, but about making sure I felt supported through the write-off process. 10/10 customer service.
