We chose this private pet training service because of the positive reviews and close location. We really lucked out! We were very impressed with Viola’s (the owner) knowlege, professionalism, flexibility and calm demeanour with our two small dogs. Viola communicated well with us, asking what behaviours we thought were important to work on and then developing a training plan for our four sessions together. She was flexible if the dogs required more or less work in certain areas or if we wanted to make a change. She really knows her stuff and was gentle yet firm. Our two dogs, who are 4 years old and 8 months old, loved her. Now it’s up to us to practice what we’ve been taught. Thank you Viola!

I began using Viola two months ago for my new puppy, a Whoodle. Not wanting to make the same training mistakes I had made for my past dogs, I chose to hire Viola for private one-on-one training. It has been an amazing experience and I will never go back to a group dog training class again! Initially I arranged for puppy training which Gracie successfully completed and we are now pursuing additional training which further expands on her puppy training and provides some advanced training. Having a dog trainer come to my home, and work with me outside in our day-to-day environment, has truly made the difference for me and my dog. I can ask Viola to focus on certain things that I feel need more work, that I may be having difficulty with, and/or are new distractions for Gracie. Viola's approach to dog training offers me the perfect flexibility to address exactly what I think Gracie and I need in the moment. While it is dog training, often times it is the human that can create problems for our dogs. Viola works closely to ensure both human and dog are trained to be successful. There is homework and the most successful outcomes will be as a result of the work we, the owner, put into training and working with our dogs. Viola's depth of knowledge in working with different breeds, ages, and various behavioral issues is clearly demonstrated in her work. I highly recommend (and have already referred Viola several times) to anyone looking for dog training.

Nous travaillons avec Viola à domicile, avec notre chiot Rose, depuis le lendemain de son arrivée à la maison. Viola est géniale ! Elle nous a donné des informations précieuses sur la mise en place et les soins à apporter à notre nouveau chiot pendant les premières étapes de son arrivée dans notre foyer. Nous avons immédiatement commencé l'entraînement d'obéissance de base, l'entraînement en caisse et l'entraînement à la propreté. Nous avons adoré son approche positive ! Rose a prospéré grâce à son tutorat ! Nous avons apprécié chaque séance d'entraînement et sommes impatients de faire des entraînements plus avancés à l'avenir ! Merci beaucoup, Viola !
