Although the shop was busy, this appears to reflect a strong reputation and consistent patronage driven by good-quality workmanship. Took my Rogue here for a a fluid flush and these guys were so helpful and thorough. Julio kept me in the know after their performance test and answered all my questions. He finished the same day and even recommended some things I should check on with the dealership. 10/10, all interactions felt genuine and did great work at a great price. Coming back here when it’s time for a flush again for sure
I want to sincerely thank the entire A+ Plus Transmission team, especially Julio and Jesse, for their honesty, support, and professionalism throughout my situation. I bought my car through financing, but later discovered it had different mileage than what was shown on the paperwork. Because of that,I couldn’t use my warranty, and the repairs could have easily cost me over $6,000. The finance company and the dealership where I bought the car turned their backs on me they just wanted to wash their hands of the problem. But Julio told me from day one not to worry. He said they had handled cases like mine before and that they wouldn’t abandon me, no matter what happened. And he kept his word. A big shoutout also to Jesse, who stood up for me and **faced the finance company, telling them the car couldn’t leave the shop or be driven until they fixed the paperwork. Thanks to them, I can honestly say my car was in good hands. They are professional, transparent, and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them — not just for their great work, but for their integrity and commitment to helping people.
In October 2024, I had the transmission in my 2011 Tundra rebuilt/overhauled and my cost was around $6,600.00. I waited one year before writing this review, because I wanted to time test the quality of the work. I am pleased to say my transmission has performed very well. I am semi-retired, and in the last year have put 8,500 miles on my rebuilt transmission with no problems or concerns. I will do a second review on the second anniversary of my repair. I would recommend this location for A Plus Transmission to friends.
