Nothing but good things to say about Christine! I have a rescue who can be quite dramatic and this is the only place I’ve taken him where he isn’t super stressed when I pick him up and willingly walks in without dragging his feet. She even let me do some “happy visits” where he could come sniff around to make sure he felt comfortable. You can tell she loves animals and is very experienced. She’s the best!!

I can't say enough good things. 1st time taking any dog to a groomer. And she worked her magic thank you so much. She was amazing with out Border Collie (Charlie), who has anxiety and separation issues He looks great. Definitely recommend them.

Quite literally a touch of magic! My dood went in matted and dirty and came out looking like a million bucks. Fair price, very good service. I especially appreciated the care they put into listening to what kind of cut I wanted! Do make sure to schedule 3 weeks ahead; it's worth the wait but she's great, so no wonder scheduling goes out so far.

Isn't there a 10 Star rating here to give Christine and The Touch of Magic Grooming on N. 30th St? Our first time visit and I have a new happy adopted dog and a very happy owner as well. Brushed, washed, and nails trimmed at a most reasonable price. And Christine is a true master with nervous and a bit unruly dogs like mine. We have tried a lot of places and this was by far our most amazing and wonderful experience. 5 Thumbs Up!

Christine was really nice and her prices are fair but I am upset that my dog has razor burn after her groom and her eyelashes were cut off. I’ve been growing her eyelashes for two years but it’s not a big deal if they’re chopped because hair grows back. I’ve been grooming/shaving my dog for 2 years and I have not left razor burn on her once. I am also a complete novice, trained by my dad (a former groomer) and YouTube. She had razor burn in her ear, on her face, and on her privates. I am sharing a picture of the face and ear but it is now scabbed over. The scabs on the face look a bit infected so I’ve been making her wear boots so she’s not able to touch them. I showed pictures to my dad who has groomed for 20+ years and he was also upset as he noted that was too much razor burn for one dog and he has worked with my dog since she was a puppy so she will be a perfect groom. I am also a bit upset because I would be understanding if it was mentioned to me when I picked her up but I did not discover it until we were at home later. It makes me worried she was groomed with a hot razor (they over heat) and was in pain during her groom. I know everyone has off days and I would still recommend Christine seeing the other positive reviews left here but unfortunately I do not think I will be going back.
