Contacted A W A Painting, to paint the wood trim and garage doors on our home. The price was fair, the work is outstanding, and the cleanup is thorough. At the time of the extimate the color suggested to bring out the stonework was Sherwin-Williams Iron Ore. We are very pleased with the results. This is the second time we have used them and it will not be the last. The photos are before(tan) and after(iron ore).

We needed all the baseboards in our home to be painted after the flooring was installed. These people came promptly at 7:30 am and finished by noon! There was about 380 ft that needed painting. Cost was reasonable and they cleaned up everything nicely. We are very pleased to have them do this job! We will be calling them again when we need any painting done! Perfectly pleased!

Younis and his team were amazing to work with right from the start!! Younis was over to provide a quote within a couple hours of my call. Talk about responsiveness! I had just 3 days to get the house ready before the appliances and household goods were delivered. Younis was so understanding and was willing to work with me on the schedule. They did a great job removing wallpaper in the laundry room, kitchen, and dining area. That wallpaper must have been on the walls for 20 years! Younis took a sample of the paint color and matched it perfectly. They worked as fast as they could, providing high quality work! They were very understanding and patient when the appliance delivery and installation crew arrived just as they finished painting the laundry room and refrigerator area. By the way, Younis also provides handyman services as well!! The house we just purchased has vaulted ceilings and had older smoke detectors installed. Without a very long ladder, it would've been challenging for the average person to replace. Younis offered to pick up new ones while he was out getting paint, and replaced them for me! We will definitely be calling Younis again. I highly recommend them for your painting needs and house repairs!! Thank you Younis and Team!!!

I first came to know AWA painting because they were repainting the facia of a house down the street from me. I was walking my dog and stopped to watch them for a moment, since I was also in need of a full exterior paint job on my house. Unlike some paint crews, I noticed how clean and careful they were and the job looked great, and the crew was professional looking. I worry sometimes about crews with teenage looking kids with no experience, that’s not the case here. That day I called them and the owner, Younis, came down to my house at the end of the day and gave me a quote. We have a stucco house, and Younis told me we would have to either prime before painting or use a higher quality paint that water proofs the stucco and seals it. I had already had 3 other notable painters in town come out and give me quotes and no one ever mentioned the challenge with stucco, sealing cracks, trenching below the dirt at the bottom, priming and painting any metal with oil based paint (we have a huge steel balcony). Younis, pointed out things that I wasn’t even aware of. He looked at the job and emailed me a quote the next day after carefully evaluating the job. To my surprise, the quote was cheaper than the top dogs in town and he was using far superior paint products and doing way more than anyone else. We decided to go with AWA and told him we had to wait to get the paint approved by the HOA etc., he was extremely patient with us and once we confirmed, he started the job very quickly. I was surprised that, Younis, the owner, actually did the painting. He’s not one of those spoiled contractors who leave a crew at your house who don’t speak English. He was the main painter and checked with me every single day throughout the project. I am extremely picky and we made many small changes along the way. He never appeared bothered and just worked with me to make it happen the way I wanted. The price never changed. He even installed new lighting fixtures for us and really took pride in the project. We could not be happier with AWA Painting. I feel very lucky and don’t think I would have had the same experience with any other painter. We plan to do more inside projects and will definitely use them.

Younis and his crew are fantastic, and did an amazing job painting our rooms and cabinets- they played a main role in transforming our new house into our dream home. They were professional, punctual, and took great care to ensure the job was done well. Most importantly, Younis is sincere and kind, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable (especially considering all the craziness that comes with buying and moving into a new home!). He was reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable- he respected our wishes while also offering his expertise when needed. We worked with a number of vendors/businesses for different aspects of our home, but he was, by far, our favorite to work with. Wholeheartedly recommend him, and we look forward to working with A.W.A for all our painting needs!
