A Waiters Enterprise exceeded my expectations and standards. The team of six waiters were professional, responsible, respectful and hardworking. The event of 175 people didn’t skip a beat. They served the buffet line, kept drinks coming to the tables, and bussed tables. They also took care of cake cutting and serving our guest. Everything was so organized. At the end of the night they left the prep kitchen shinning and all the left overs were nicely packed. Our event finished and we easily loaded things into our car and headed out. The owner of the venue was impressed and stated A Waiters Enterprise Inc., did a wonderful job! Thank you Alma and your team our event was a success thanks to your hard work.
I have to thank your staff and highlight the amazing work they did for us yesterday at my bridal shower. It truly wouldnt have been successful without your staff. I had the pleasure of working with A Waiters Enterprises Inc. for a wedding I coordinated at the Saratoga Foothill Club on May 26, 2025, and I can confidently say they were one of the most outstanding service teams I’ve worked with in my ten years of event coordination. Their professionalism, poise, and initiative truly set them apart. Alma and Daniel are true superstars! From the moment they arrived, the team was attentive, efficient, and entirely in sync with the event timeline. They didn’t need prompting—they seamlessly kept water glasses full, offered wine and beverage refills with grace, and ensured each plated course was delivered promptly and cleared just as swiftly. Their responsiveness to every request made my job significantly easier, allowing me to focus on the big picture, knowing the service was in excellent hands. Many guests approached me during the event to compliment how smoothly everything was running—and much of that credit belongs to A Waiters Enterprises. They helped create a seamless and elevated experience for everyone in attendance. A Waiters Enterprises Inc with Alma and the rest of the servers were incredible! They provided such great service! They provided what we were envisioning for our celebration! They were friendly to all attendees and were just exceptional! I would highly recommend! Not one issue with them! So grateful we found them!
As the Event Coordinator at this event I was really impressed by this event staffing company. Their lead captain was on point and everything flowed seamlessly. All guests were super happy. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the San Jose area. 5 star service.
