We recently stayed at this cute BnB for the second time. The location is excellent: walking distance to the Riverwalk, in the historic King William neighborhood with local pubs and restaurants nearby, and just a short ride from the Pearl. The outside is charming and well-maintained. I would rate it five stars, but the rooms are feeling a little need for TLC since our last stay a few years ago. It still felt clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We will stay again, and I recommend it, just not a 5-star stay.

My husband and I had a little getaway from Houston. We decided to try a b&b, since we never had. Came across this one that was close to downtown San Antonio which was great! A 3 minute car ride and a 15 minute walk. We loved that we were close yet far enough that it was still peaceful and quiet. Loved how cute the room was and loved that we had our own entrance in the back. The room was a great size! Owners were nice. Only got to meet them a few times due to COVID but every encounter was great. There were lots of cats around the property, which I loved because I’m a cat person. The only reason I’ll give it a 4 star rate is because the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We just turned all night and didn’t really get a good nights sleep while we were there. Also it was pretty hot during the night and hotter in the day. So it made it harder to sleep comfortably. We like our house temp to be at 70 degrees, and it felt like it was around 76 degrees in the room.

Just returned from another fabulous outing in my former (adopted) hometown of San Antonio, and stayed four nights in this charming bed-and-breakfast in the heart of the historic and beautiful King William district. The room was large, had a very comfortable bed/bedding, and had a large bathroom with a garden tub. The furnishings and artwork were perfect for the room. Both hosts'/owners' were wonderful and accommodating. The light breakfasts (fresh fruit, muffins, yogurt) were perfect because I was there for all my favorite restaurants and didn't want to fill up before heading out to satiate my longings for highly anticipated fare. The home is walking distance to the riverwalk and the countless things to do there. We loved walking around to see the many spectacular homes in the King William area and their gorgeous architecture. I highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to others contemplating a stay or visit to San Antonio. We will definitely be returning next fall to stay here AGAIN! Thanks for ALL, Deb and Kit. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable au Yellow Rose. La chambre et le lit étaient confortables. La douche était puissante. Le quartier était si paisible. Nous étions à distance de marche de tant de choses – d'excellents restaurants, le King Williams District, le St. Fernando light & music show, et le Riverwalk. Nous avons pris le bus, uber, et loué une voiture pour les autres excursions. Deb était géniale et s'est assurée que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour ravissant et nous reviendrions au Yellow Rose.

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable ici. Nous avons séjourné un week-end et avons été émerveillés dès le début. La chambre était cosy tout en étant moderne. Elle était très spacieuse et le lit était confortable. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner continental qui comprenait du jus, du café, du yaourt, un muffin et des fruits frais. Il y avait beaucoup de places de parking. C'était un séjour vraiment romantique et leur proximité des attractions du centre-ville l'a rendu bien meilleur; nous avons pu économiser sur le parking grâce à cela et nous avons adoré nous promener dans la ville, voir et mieux la connaître. Nous recommandons pleinement cet endroit et nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochaine visite à S.A.
