The guy I just felt with out in the parking lot was a rude and hateful jerk, if I would have been there to rent something and herd that I would have left and went to sunbelt or united rentals. Good thing I had already rented it and was returning the equipment. From now on sunbelt rentals or homedepot rentals for me
Amazing company, great service. Fred was so helpful. We rented a dump trailer to haul decomposed granite fire my son's eagle scout project. Highly recommend and can't say enough about the superior level of service!
Customer Service has not been a main focus of majority of businesses i have dealt with in the past couple of years. I can't say this about AA Rental. 12/30/23 I needed an insulation vacuum. From the phone call to the counter to the parking lot top flight service!!! Each person I interacted with was friendly and kind! The manager Fred walked up as they finished loading me up cracked a very funny joke and wished me a happy new years! I thought as I was driving off "what great customer service!". It didn't end there when I came back I received the same level of service as I was returning the equipment. I made a blunder and guess what, Fred was there to help sort it out! I have to say I don't normally write reviews but this business and my experience was TOPSHELF!!! 5 Stars hands down!! highly recommended this place and will definitely be back!
