Highly disappointed in this business. Rented chairs, tables and linens for an indoor baby shower and received old, beat up, rusted tables AND chairs. The tables literally belong in the trash as i got a splinter setting them up. Not to mention the chairs don’t fit properly under the tables without bars knocking your shins. They were unwilling to refund even partially and I was embarrassed to have guests seated at them. I will never use this business again and i would never suggest anyone else use them. Be sure to inspect their product before taking home if you dare to use them.
Excellent service and communication with the agents that helped me select the articles I needed for the party. The staff at the dock were very polite and courteous and immediately delivered my order without any problems. Highly recommended.
We order tables and chairs from them regularly for work for our events. They are prompt in communication, super helpful and transparent on the phone, and have been incredibly flexible with us on return times when we are taking care of transport. They do have a minimum order requirement to be eligible for delivery, and there is a delivery fee, but all of this is well communicated when you book. Thanks to AAA Rentals for all their help!
My band is a repeat customer as we from time to time need a stage for our performances. The last two times we have rented I would have given five stars just to be clear. However this time I can only give three stars. We had rented a stage for a Friday evening show. Because we did not "spend enough money" (wasn't ever mentioned before) they would not deliver and set up as they have done in the past. I had to arrange For a truck and go pick up the equipment myself. Inconvenient but not even the biggest issue. They originally told me there would be nobody to help me Load the equipment into the truck and asked if I could come at 8 AM Friday morning. In order to have a helper with me, I asked if I could come right before they close on Thursday evening to pick up the platforms. That was my only option in order to have somebody with me to help. I was told I could not Unless I wanted to pay for another full day. The fact that they would choose to inconvenience the customer and literally have those platforms sit in their warehouse overnight to be picked up at 8 AM (instead of right at close the night before) is Incredibly poor customer service. Especially for a repeat customer Who has also referred others to this company. I won't be referring them again. I will end on a positive note that the gentleman that helped me check out the equipment was a fantastic guy!
