I can't say enough about Andy and his fabulous work!! He transformed a treasured family heirloom that was in a very sad condition. His craftsmanship and artistry were unbelievable. His care and precision at each step of the repair was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!
We are extremely pleased with the work Andy and his team did on our 100+ year old dining room chairs. The chairs were refinished and reupholstered and they look like new. Working with Andy was great. His initial quote was accurate and he was very communicative about the job: double checking on the colour of stain chosen, and staying in touch regarding the timing of the finished work. I wouldn't hesitate to use Abbey Furniture again in the future, beautiful work and great customer relations!
We just had our extremely heavy and very old sofabed recovered by Abbey Furniture. Fantastic experience from start to finish! We had this beast recovered in 2006 by a very low-cost company and the quality was just about as could be expected. Abbey did a spectacular job and the work was both fast and professional. As you can see from the transformation from the 1950s/1960s original to what it is today, it will likely last another generation!
My wife and I are extremely pleased with the way Abbey Furniture refinished our 24 year old hickory dining table and chairs. The decision whether to refinish or to buy new was tough. We made the right choice as the hickory wood has stood the test of time with our large family. Andy made them match really well in our newly renovated kitchen. He is a man of his word and takes extreme pride in every step of the process, sanding, unforseen necessary repairs and finishing. He gave the initial quote, had some extras on repairs and the price given was the same as the invoice. Thanks so much for a job very well done! Highly recommend Abby Furniture!
I am just thrilled with the cabinets I ordered through Andy. They are gorgeous solid pieces of furniture. Andy worked with me to choose a stain to finish them and they look amazing. I was able to customize the size of the cabinets so they fit perfectly beside our new fireplace. I was extremely pleased with the whole process from ordering to delivery. I highly recommend Abbey Furniture!
