I can't say enough about Dr. Adams. He took the time to educate my son on his asthma and how the medication works. And again, with my son's sports injury, he genuinely cares and wants the best for my son. I'm so grateful he's all 3 of my kiddos pediatrician. I know he's got our backs and that is such a great feeling as parent.

We had a great visit with Dr. Adams for my newborn. However, my husband took our older daughter in to see Dr. Perry for pink eye, and she was rude and unprofessional. Asking how long her eye booger had been there and scolded my husband stating “that’s just mean, the right thing to do is clean that off” implying that he purposely left the eye boogers there for her to see. I find that very offensive to even assume we wouldn’t take care of our child. As if he didn’t spend the morning carting around our two children to be seen at the office. The “right thing to do” would of been to be kind and offer to help clean her eye. I understand cold season is overwhelming but do better and work on having some empathy. We will not be returning.

We’ve had quite a nightmare with billing, and nobody from their team seems interested in fixing the issue. Their care team would be an A+, but if you don’t feel like spending your quality time on the phone with insurance companies, I wouldn’t recommend.

Been a patient here for over 14 years. I called for concerns about my daughter possibly having giardia. Her grandma had it and two weeks later my daughter has been having diarrhea badly. Shes had severe rash from it and horrible cramps. The nurse actually said to me on the phone “let it run its course”. (This was a Thursday) Finally got her in to dr for check up few days later(Monday )and to get a stool sample. They didn’t provide the necessary stool sample supplies. Nurse had told me to bring in my own container. This was wrong from what the lab told me. I call the dr back 4pm Friday and now I have to go get the correct vials for samples but cannot get there until Monday. It will be over two weeks now that my poor child has had this diarrhea. I really hope they aernt this careless with the next child that has similar issues and needs these samples sent in the correct way.

I can’t say enough about ABC Pediatrics. I have been bringing my kids here since 2000 & have never been disappointed. All the doctors that have worked at the office over the last 25 have been great. When my kids got sick, they always got my kids in that day or the next day. They are even open Saturday mornings which is very convenient. Highly recommend any of the doctors at this practice.
