I was calling around trying to get the screen on my Acer Chromebook repaired and most places were quoting me over $175 for the repair. When I spoke with this shop, the guy I talked to was completely honest with me and said it would probably be better to just buy another Chromebook instead of paying that much to fix it. He also explained that if I simply log into my Google account on a new device, all of my files and information will still be there, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciated the honesty. He easily could have taken the repair job and charged me the money, but instead he gave me straightforward advice that saved me from spending more than I needed to. That kind of integrity is rare these days. Because of that experience, I’ll definitely use them in the future if I ever have issues with my home computer, work computer, or any other computer I own. Thanks again for the honesty and great customer service! 👍💻
