Will never use them again. Their communication is terrible. They won’t respond to emails, they close at noon so no way of getting a hold of them. Here’s the worst part was suppose to have my chair and tables between 9am-noon didn’t get then until :30 before our event (talking about being stressed) and again NO COMMUNICATION Until 15 min until the driver got there. THEN the pick up, they was last 2 hours on pick up, again didn’t respond to emails, when I called and asked they said they would have the driver call me back, he waiting til he got there to call. All and all 1/10, I won’t let any of my customers use them either, found a new reliable resource.

We have used them for many events but our company will now go elsewhere. We received our rentals for a Company Christmas party the chairs arrived dirty and beat up. We made it work and looked past that part but when a chair collapse on an employee and several other chairs where cracking and on the edge of breaking. There was no looking past that or even use them as needed. I reached out via phone, email, and the work at pickup with no response. The worker's response was that these are usually used for birthday parties and outside events. Regardless of what they are used for, about half of the 80 chairs were unsafe and shouldn't of been allowed to be rented out. I hope they can fixed these major problems within the company so other companies like mine do not end up with injured employees or a crashed event.

Best prices in town. Best service in event coordination. Best inventory in rentals. We did wooden farm tables and cross back chairs with golden goblets and wooden pews for our ceremony. It was stunning.

Le meilleur endroit pour tous vos besoins de location. Des employés très sympathiques. Ils m'ont aidé avec tous mes besoins de location pour mon mariage. Ils ont été très patients et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. Vous pouvez visiter leur showroom pour voir à quoi ressemblent les articles avant de les louer. Des tarifs excellents aussi ! Livré tôt et à l'heure, mais le ramassage a été effectué avec quelques heures de retard. Je louerais à nouveau chez eux.
