Ehsan and Sam came to install my furnace and a/c unit after setting up an appointment in 1 day after our old unit died. They showed up first thing in the morning and the job was done by the afternoon with everything up to code and running seamlessly. They were extremely professional and walked through the job and the work is clean and set perfectly. From the repair call to the sales rep to the installation Able handled this with such care...appreciate all the hard work by all...Including Andre on the repair and Shefik the sales rep...you made a tough time easy!

I had a great experience with Able Air and truly appreciate their fast and professional service. On December 22, my furnace stopped working due to a gas leak. I first contacted another company for diagnosis. They inspected the unit and told me parts needed to be ordered, estimating 2–3 days. While I understood the timing was close to the holidays, they refused to give a clear timeline afterward and eventually notified me at the last minute that my December 31 repair appointment was cancelled because the parts had not arrived. Because of this, I called Able Air on December 31, and I’m very glad I did. Josh came quickly to diagnose the issue. He clearly explained the problem, provided a rough estimate, and let me know that replacing the furnace entirely would be faster. When I agreed, he helped arrange a sales consultation within an hour. That same afternoon, we met Mike, who was extremely professional and patient. He explained all the product options in detail and even helped us replace the humidifier pad. On January 2, Ehsan and Jaden arrived very early and spent the entire morning installing and thoroughly testing the new furnace. They were careful, diligent, and took the time to show us how to change the filter. After nearly two weeks without heat, we finally returned to normal life. Thank you to the entire Able Air team for your quick response, professionalism, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I had my furnace and heat pump installed today. The technicians that came today to install it all. Where Ehsan and Sam they arrived in the morning. They started setting up carpet everywhere to protect my floors from my front door right to the basement. They were both very polite the few questions I asked them they had no issue answering. There workmanship was excellent everything was installed very cleanly and looks great. I must say right from our first experience with Mike in sales which he was incredibly knowledgeable with no pressure. But educated us in what we were getting and the differences it was really helpful. As well as the interaction with the office staff very helpful. Write down to Ehsan and Sam that came and installed it the whole experience was great. I would highly recommend ABLE heating and air conditioning to anybody that needs this equipment. This may be a long review to read but it's still not long enough to say the great things and my experience with this company and their staff. Thank Wayne and Sandi.
