Absolutely amazing service. We called and they answered right away. We told them our issue and they told us to get with the city first to try and save us some money. It ended up not being a city issue so Able Masters came out promptly and gave us an estimate on what our cost would be. He started work right away and as he was working on our issue and it turned out to be a bit more work then expected and the owner really worked with us to keep it at a price that we would be able to afford. Thank you so so much Able Masters we appreciate your services and will be calling in the future with any plumbing needs!
Fred and Jason came out within 24 hours and fixed our badly plugged kitchen sink within 30 minutes. Fred took the time to explain what he was doing and why. They were great to work with and extremely reasonably priced. Will call again if we need them!
I have unfortunately, had to use Able Master twice now, but only in the last 20 years and both times they have been beyond professional and helped us immediately. Frank just left here with Jason and they both did an amazing job and we could not be happier! Great service , great people and affordable.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND able master sewer company. Fred came out on a Sunday and saved us from an impending disaster by unclogging our floor drain in our basement that was backing up into our sump pump. He is an expert, extremely kind, and goes out of his way for customers. Thank you for great service, advice, and an affordable price.
Thank you so much to Fred and his son, Jason, who saved us from a costly (and probably unnecessary) drain replacement. We had a plumbing company out a few days ago to unclog a bathroom drain that we had also worked on. They spent two hours on it and said we needed to cut into our ceiling and replace a cast iron drain pipe. So, we decided to call a drain and sewer company before going that route. Able Master was able to come out the same day. Fred and Jason were very efficient, professional and so friendly. They worked so hard on that drain and were able to fix it for us!! Fred said it was the worst drain he’s had to unclog in about 25 years. I will recommend Able Master to everyone I know and we will not hesitate to call them again if needed.
