Chance just serviced our car, 2016 Model X. He was incredible at his job and I love your service. Very nicely done - happy to leave something more official if you send a link. The only improvement you could make is to give a call at the start of the appointment time period and give an ETA. Upon receiving this message, Absolute Auto Glass got back right away that they are working out a new software to allow customers to track technicians and their exact arrival.
Had a great experience with Jeff at Absolute Auto Glass! He replaced my windshield quickly and efficiently, and his knowledge really showed every step of the way. He explained the process clearly, was totally transparent about pricing and timing, and there were no surprises—just honest, high-quality work. On top of that, Jeff was easy to talk to and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. If you need a windshield replacement, I highly recommend giving them a call!
I contacted at least three auto glass companies and none were able to fix the loose rear view mirror on our truck. Ryan, with Absolute Auto Glass arrived and had the problem fixed within 5 minutes which included the time showing us the cause of the problem. His professionalism and expertise were exceptional. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have any type of auto glass repair work done and will recommend this company to our family and friends.
