Ricky is a great and knowledgeable trainer, if you’re looking for a no bs trainer who can still cut it up and make your workouts fun, he’s definitely the one. He’s very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing and will shoot you straight. I trained with him for about 7 months this year while and in that 7 months I made more progress than in the last 6 years that I’ve been soloing it. I put on over 20 pounds of muscle and I’m in the best shape of my life, if I didn’t move so far away I honestly would probably still be seeing him on a daily basis.
Was looking for a personal trainer and came across Ricky. From first contact to now Ricky has been amazing. A true gentleman that is focused on his clients building a body and a lifestyle. My dad and I have been going to training for 3 months now our energy is up loosing weight putting on muscle. He really shows you new ways of training each muscle every part of the muscle and takes time to explain it. Better than any boot camp weight loss or regular gym I have used over the years. Do what he says follow his meal plan and show up. You won’t regret it!

Ricky has been a awesome trainer. The facility is so clean and is fully equipped. It's not a huge location, but it has everything you need! Ricky has helped me get stronger in the last 6 mo that I've been seeing him. I had an injury at one point, and he made sure I was able to work thru it without causing more injury to myself and helping me get better. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing! Ricky has been great at helping me reach my goals. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!
Absolute Iron Gym is the best personal training program I’ve ever experienced. Owner Ricky Patel completely transformed my body. From his meal plans to the workouts, he taught me the importance of balancing food with fitness. His workouts are intense and I started seeing results within the first week of training with him.
