I brought my laptop to Absolute IT Services for a fan replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Came here to find out what was wrong with my pc, told them I just got a new cpu and gpu and wasnt able to play my games,(they didn't check my cpu at all or even try to play a game on it) they told my cpu cooler was bad and told me that's what they needed to fix it, charged me $281 to put in a new $40 fan that takes 20 minutes to install, then when I go to pick it up I had the kid that worked on it to run a game, it crashes instantly, kid was like "oh, I guess was didn't fix it", finding out it wasn't fixed at all kid told me wasn't told to check the cpu, even though it was listed on the ticket they gave me to reclaim it, they had it for 3 weeks, all I needed was a new cpu and they didn't even find that out till the day I got it, huge waste of time and money, I will never be coming here again.
Fast, professional and reasonably priced. I dropped my Alienware laptop and needed a new screen. I got my computer back in just over a week and the young man even tuned up Windows. Excellent customer service, highly recommended!
Professional and timely service. Didn't attempt to upsell, did exactly what was required at reasonable cost and in a great turnaround time. Much better service than Geek Squad. These are my guys now.
