First time planning an event, so very glad I called Absolute Rentals. I've never come across folks that are so very nice and helpful. They took VERY good care of me. I will always use this service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Delivery person was very nice and professional. I can't 5 star them enough!

Absolute Rentals did a fabulous job on making my retirement party a success. On time delivery and set up and great communication on take down of tables, chairs and tents. The staff were professional and very helpful in helping me make my choices on my set up. Just let Gwyn know your needs and she will make sure to make your event happen. Thanks Absolute

Gwyn was INCREDIBLE!! With just 2 months to plan she helped bring my vision of a backyard wedding to life!! Eternally grateful! Will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone!!

Last month for my wedding, I rented tables, chairs, and tablecloths from Absolute Rentals and while the experience had a few bumps, it ultimately worked out thanks to the incredible staff. When we discovered several items were unserviceable, Gweneth and Laura went above and beyond to help resolve the issues quickly. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to step in made all the difference during a very stressful moment. Unfortunately, the interaction with the owner was not as positive. Despite knowing my wedding was the next day, he made excuses about the damage, and offered a full refund knowing I could not get replacements that quickly, rather than ensuring the items that were sent met quality standards. I received more chairs with the same issues and ultimately accepted a 20% discount on the chairs. My main concern was receiving items that had not been properly quality-checked before delivery. In the end, despite some scratches and dings, our wedding day was beautiful, and we chose not to let those minor imperfections overshadow such a special moment. I’m grateful to Gweneth and Laura for their outstanding support, and I hope the company improves their quality assurance processes moving forward.

Absolute Rentals is always my go to! Their customer service is unmatchable in the city! From their sales team to the boots on the ground delivering and setting up, everyone is friendly and professional! They have everything we ask for, and then some!
