They are accepting new customers now! Love Love Love! We recently moved to the area and a friend of ours has been taking their doggie to this salon for years, but told me that most likely I wouldn't be able to get my pups groomed there as they haven't taken new clients for quite a while. To my surprise I was able to get appointments for our Chihuahua and Toy Aussie with their new groomer, Jen! And by new, I don't mean new to grooming - her experience showed from the moment she checked them in to the moment I got them back, and I have to say this was the best experience! Jen really cared about both my pups and gave my Aussie the best groom she has ever had. She told me that the salon is now accepting new customers, so if you have been wanting a great salon with caring people who do great work right here in Lexington, this is the spot! We will definitely be back!

My girls love Jamesly! One of them was abused prior to me getting her and usually shakes around men but not with him! We followed him from another grooming salon to this one. He’s amazing and always does such a good job!

It is unprofessional and rude to treat customers in such a manner. Individuals who operate a business in this manner are not deserving of new clientele. However, it is unlikely that they will even assist in scheduling an appointment for a client who has been with them for five years. I have posted a review on Yelp that includes photographs of our text exchange. You can view the business’s response below. This is a deeply disappointing experience. I have seen other similar reviews. Hopefully they can learn to curb their attitude and try to be kinder humans. I pray they don’t treat the dogs in the same manner. This is another human response to your service and not a BOT but nice try.

We love Absolutely Paws-itive, our pup Sawyer has been a client of James since we adopted him 8 years ago and he adores going to "the spa". Our long-haired, wispy-furred buddy could fill a mattress with his coat during the season changing but James and the crew are so patient and loving. 10 out of 10 stars.

Kelsey did such a great job on Cooper. Got a bath and his nails cut. No more puppy scratches, smelled good, and he slept the whole way home. Scheduling his big brother soon.
