I have been going to this garage for years, they are the friendliest staff nothing is ever to much. Everything is priced as it should be and the service is excellent. Will always go back and recommend when asked.
I would not trust this garage! Bizarre experience!!!Changed all spark plugs even though one did not need changed at my expense and owner appeared very annoyed that I asked about this and the receptionist seemed frosty too. Next, after my service.my wheel lock bolt was missing and no one from Hawthorne garage made me aware of this. When I went back to enqui re about it it suddenly turned up in a first aid package in my car but no one put it there ...MAGIC. I later found out that the owner had nipped back in to his garage and got one. But it was the dishonesty of pretending that it was in the first aid packet. Why not be honest and why not be honest about the replacing of a part that did not need replacing. From my experience I suggest AVOID. It makes me question the work that was done.

Excellent service, couldn't recommend them enough. Extremely honest and willing to help. They took my car in twice in their spare time to make sure it was safe to drive, and to hold me over until they could book it in for a proper appointment. Today it went in and they got the problem resolved, for an excellent price!! I'm so glad I found this place, all the great reviews are true!
